In August of 2013, Susan succeeded her late husband, Michael, as owner and president of PGC. Susan and Mike were married for 24 years and both were instrumental in the growth of PGC, as well as raising their three children, Joe, Melinda, and Andrea into adulthood. Susan’s approach to sales and management is extremely people focused as she strives to uphold a family like environment for both employees and clients.
Inside Sales/Print Shop Manager
Paul has been with PGC for nearly 30 years. He works directly with clients giving pricing, suggestions, and placing orders and also communicates with our press foreman to schedule print jobs. He’s pictured here with his wife, Theresa, and children: Karissa, Eric, Jaclyn, and Kevin. He spends his free time playing with his granddaughter, watching and analyzing Pittsburgh sports, or fishing.
Tressa started at PGC right after graduating from Geneva College in 2007. As a project manager, she assists her clients in creating custom marketing campaigns, pricing, scheduling, and ordering. She enjoys getting to know her clients on a personal level and helping them achieve their marketing goals. Outside of work, she enjoys photography, fishing, and teaching her two sons a variety of outdoor sports.
Joe has been working with PGC as of June of 2013, after graduating from Kent State University. Joe enjoys assisting customers creatively with their marketing efforts and finding ways to help them reach their goals. Outside of work, Joe enjoys playing guitar and working on his house.
McKenzie joined the PGC team in 2017 after graduating from Penn State University. As PGC's graphic designer, she conjures up appealing visual design solutions for clients in need of a creative touch, from banners to business cards, brochures, and more. She also acts as an assistant to PGC's prepress designer, helping to format artwork and create plates for the offset presses. Outside the design studio, McKenzie enjoys spending quality time with her cats, drawing & illustrating in a variety of mediums, and exploring the outdoors.
Scott is excited to be working at our small family-owned company after 34 years as an information technology professional in a Fortune 500 company. He relies on his vast data and Excel experience to convert customer provided data into mailing lists and mail pieces that meet postal regulations. Scott utilizes our state of the art software applications to ensure that our customers receive the lowest postage rates available. Outside of PGC, Scott enjoys bicycling, hiking, and Pickleball with his wife Marianne.
Mailing and Account Manager
Jackie joined PGC in March 2016 after moving to Pennsylvania from Texas. She has been in the printing industry for over 25 years and has experience in design, layout and graphic arts as well as client solutions. Working closely with clients to make sure their print and promotional projects meet all expectations is very important to her. She recently took over management of the mail department and is responsible for ensuring that orders are completed on time and received at the Post Office by their specified mail date. When she isn’t working, she is spending time with her family and her favorite dog Penelope.
